Pros
You will be working under one of the best Engineers (in my opinion) in the world who is knowledgeable in several different fields such as Software Development, Electrical and Electronics, Chip Design, Information Security, etc.. If you are an eager learner, and able to withstand high work expectation, Aeste will be a great place where you can enhance your knowledge and sharpen your skills. If you are a talented individual and have years of experience with software or hardware, then Aeste is where you belong. There is rarely any other place where interns are given actual projects to work on. Though, you must be independent and willing to put in great effort to learn things that are completely foreign. You will have a lot of freedom: a lounge room with beanbag to rest, minimal supervision and working hours flexibility*. In exchange, you must produce the desired results within the time frame. Occasionally, interns would be treated for movies during work hours, which is stress-relieving. Also, there is a welcome lunch on your first day of work and a farewell lunch nearing the end of internship. *you still have to fulfill 40-hours per week.
Cons
In my opinion, there is actually no downside to this job. The frequent scoldings, heavy workload (subject to your level of competence), results-driven environment and high expectations will groom you into a better engineer.
