Pros
The CEO really works at a fun culture with monthly high end nights out on the town when goals are reached and also takes the entire staff on two company retreats per year. The retreats are awesome too! The Caribbean, Jamaica, skiing in western Maryland. The work is pretty straight forward for a digital marketing agency so there is nothing really unique about the work except that it is a smaller company so you will get a lot of hands on project management experience no matter what your position in the company is.
Cons
I can't really say there is anything specific that needs to change. Cool company with fun people.
