Cons

Not as glamourous as working for some similar sized electronics companies as Advantech is often the brand behind the brand. Even though its footprint is large. The brand behind other brands can also lead to internal conflicts. The organization is well capable to handle these potential conflicts between their own and key partners brands but at individual level it can lead to frustration when big opportunities are claimed buy others for strategic or legacy reasons, or it becomes hard to get the optimal outcome due to suspicions behavior from internal partners.
