      Pros

      ASG is real people and I feel like I am part of a community. Management is interested in feedback. Very cool clients and projects! ASG works with the coolest technology and builds in the pro av industry. Not sure where else would be better.

      Cons

      Moves fast and changes are put in place. Almost all remote for the core company, so there are lots of video calls. Some work is on site with customers, but most people are wfh.

      Great place to evolve and innovate

      Pros

      ASG is a positive place to work if you're passionate about innovation and creativity. The company has been in business for over 25 years with long-standing clients because they do great work and have the best talent in the business. The bonus is leadership truly values team member opinions and have created a space where people feel empowered to take creative risks.

      Cons

      Alot of changes always happening and fatigue can be real.
