      Worked Remotely. Decent pay. Great team. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      Not able to pick manager. The manager I had was pretty strict kn us. During that pandemic she wasn't understanding at all. Maybe she was trying to prove to her boss we could step it up even during a pandemic but it made us feel like less of a person and more like a robot.

      Pros

      I have had a great experience during my six months with Advanced Reimbursement Solutions. The company is located in a nice facility and offers a very positive atmosphere to work in. The appreciation and value they seem to have for their employees is not only spoken, but shown.

      This cimpany really values it's employees. Great enviornment to grow laterally. Awesome ownership to Management. Would recommend this company to anyone looking to be successful at what he/she does.

      Cons

      Training needs to be longer. HR needs slight enhancements but nothing major.
