      Owner was really good at rewarding his employees for a job well done! He created an inclusive environment to work in, and worked with part-time employees school schedules.

      Sometimes it was so busy I didn't take my lunch break.

      Pros

      Work from home options and great work/life balance. Promotes from within, and is always looking for TOP talent. Culture is always at the top of mind and vastly improving, despite negativity from individuals who treat companies as "pit stops" in their career. Keep up, or move on! Pushing for excellence and not accepting mediocrity. High performers are rewarded and promoted. Poor performance is weeded out quickly, often resulting in bitter, one-star glass door reviews.

      Cons

      Advancement is somewhat difficult given the size, but APS accommodates cross-departmental moves.
