Pros
Small business that offers the same benefits as larger firms through a PEO service. Management offers a great deal of autonomy and is receptive to training, flexibility where possible, etc
Cons
Because of the size, employees must have a strong sense of initiative since there isn't always somewhere there to train administrative staff.
