      I love Advanced Axis so much. The environment, the people and the day to day all correspond with your personal growth and a daily. There is so much support and insurance in know that if yiu willing to put the work in the growth success and admiration is always there and more than you could ever really expect. If you are looking to grow and be supported in your growth. Advances Axis is the place to be. Please be ready to change you life because it will happen here and it can happen fast.

      An opportunity not many jobs really offer, have learned so many life skills that I can transfer to anything in my life now, really makes you take a glimpse in to your self so that you can strengthen your weakness and bolster your skills.

      Cons

      Makes you really take accountability in your actions, nobody to blame for your situation other than yourself.

      My experience at advanced axis

      Pros

      I've worked at the company for a little over a year, not only have I seen tremendous growth in the industry being able to coach and train 50+ people. I have also seen lots of growth outside of work with my communication skills.

      Cons

      At first, working Saturdays was a little bit tough for me as I wasn't used to it. After doing it for a while I had realized that it helped me more than I realized, some of the days where I've generated the most money for myself was on a Saturday . Working that extra day also helped me get promoted much quicker
