      Pros

      I was nervous to get into the home health industry but luckily they were able to connect me with a great family that I enjoy working with! Management and HR is very responsive and always gets back to me within minutes for anything I need! My supervisor is very caring and provides great support as well! They had an amazing holiday party and hosts the trainings at a restaurant or fun place to make it exciting!

      Not paid for cancellations, but you can always make up hours missed

      Great relationship with my BCBA and first client. My BCBA Nadia was phenomenal to work with!

      Cons

      Had a stressful final client that was very aggressive. Only had them a few days before I left the industry
