I have been working at Adikteev for less than 2 months but for now the experience has been very positive. The recruiting process was super smooth (including quick and insightful answer and feedback from the recruiters and hiring managers) and the everyone I have interacted with is nice and helpful.

Cons

No major cons at the moment. Just be ready because it's a very dynamic environment and plenty of work to do.

-Great horizontal atmosphere where everyone's voice is heard -The culture is full of energy and passion, which is very motivating -You are encouraged to take ownership of your projects, much like running your own business

Cons

Communication across global offices can sometimes be challenging due to time zone differences. However, this feels like a natural growing pain that will likely resolve as the company continues to expand and hire more talent globally
