      Pros

      Knowledgeable business that offers a willingness to educate internally for versatility. Supportive work environment and an inviting culture. Self aware and openness for improvements.

      Cons

      Can be chaotic and communication can go in circles. Well intended processes often become cumbersome and an inconsistency in expectation.

      Owners are pathological micro managers. Facilities are run down, and smell of industrial chemicals. They have their pets. If a pet wants to move to another position, they will fire the less favored employee for the pet.

      Pros

      Management gives strength testing, orientation, and is generally pleasant, and ethical. They do try, and the lifers are treated well. They are actively inclusive of diversity. Co-workers are dedicated, cooperative, and respond quickly. Office politics are minimal since the owners are hands on and micromanage every detail. Product and service to their clientele and customers is first rate. . You cannot argue with success.

      Cons

      It is a feudal atmosphere family business with command and control management..They do not apply any of the findings from the aptitude testing to the testee. Certain employees are pets who can do no wrong Facilities are noisy and smell of industrial chemicals. Do not be fooled by the many long term employees since they go through many people in a position before they can find one that works out.
