Excellent work ethic and motivational goals amongst co workers Decent annual pay and benefits Positive feedback from customers to better improve in the workplace

Lack of communication amongst co-workers since hardly any verbal communication is required People who help others with disabilities seems to be a strenuous job compared to scanner Production is slowed down sometimes since the team is way too far ahead on prepping, scanning and editing boxes
