Pros
AddOns Inc is a small, but growing, organization with great leadership and sets high goals on what we can accomplish together. Because we're small, we get to be very agile to make quick decision and really focus on doing what's right by the customer vs red tape around what can or can not be done to do what's in the best interest of the client. The teams have amazing talent and always willing to help in any instance and provide direction and education when you ask for it. Everyone wants to see you successful which creates a really great team environment.
Cons
Being a small organization there isn't a plush, documented onboarding or training process. It's a little more of a learn as you go. We're actively working on developing more structure around this, but if you don't work well without structure this isn't for you.

These guys have an amazing culture. I started as an intern and got offered a full time job. I have been working here for just about 5 months- but everyone is great. I feel comfortable asking questions to anyone, they have a very nice location and great "break room" area. It is a full kitchen. Windows all over the place, everything is very open and bright, there is a fish tank even! Live plants throughout the building, just a very happy place to work.
Cons
Not much I have found so far, just a regular monday-friday 8-5 type job. However, they do have options to work remote from home if you need to or if your commute is horrible during the winter.
