Essentially a boot camp for front facing customer service based work. Learned a lot in my time here but the place really messed by head up about fair treatment in the workplace.
Cons
Horrible favoritism in management and upper management. Really toxic gossip culture and shadiness.
Loved working with everyone there, and ATS tries to give great incentives. The only company I had ever been with that recognizes individual accomplishments.
