      Workplace culture leans towards chatting/coffee over productivity

      Some staffs here use their working hour to chat on whatsapp for their personal matters and coffee chats. If you see 1 male and 1 female colleagues are not at their desk at the same time: They are having coffee chats. You can come in and leave office on time and use working hour to chat. What does a female and a male do when they often chat on whatsapp and have many coffee sessions? We go to work to make revenue increase or revenue lost?

      Company doesn’t promise things they cannot fulfill. This is being responsible unlike other companies that promises you everything and don’t deliver. Great management who listens to employee feedback with 360 survey.
