- Amazing technology - Solid application space in O&G - Big name clients in the industry - Great culture that is very collaborative - Management willing to give young talent a shot at big opportunities - Supportive environment that empowers taking high impact decisive moves - Fantastic place for rapid career progression

- Immatures processes and structures but management seems to be taking some steps to bridge gaps as best they can - Sometimes management decisions are not the best but they seem to be transparent with employees - Company is going through some growth pains with some very large clients - Sometimes feel the high pressure given the aggressive growth ambitions of the management
