You will not find a better work environment. Management is easy to get along with and they foster a fun atmosphere with exciting promos and friendly competitions that keep you motivated to succeed. The director of sales is an excellent mentor with more than a decade in the industry. He's a natural-born salesman who devotes a lot of hands-on time and resources to train new hires and set them up for success. They do have benefits including PTO, health insurance, 401k match.
Cons
Not a place where you can just clock in and collect a check. Everyone in the office is highly motivated.
