Company with a mission to solve a problem that helps people. Easy to get behind a mission like that to pull through when things get hectic.
Cons
It’s a start-up and that’s not for everyone. You need to understand the culture of hustle, prioritize intelligently and be comfortable with a high-risk / high-reward equation. This is not a con, rather a reality you need to consider before choosing to go down the start-up path.
