      Pros

      I appreciate the friendly atmosphere and the versatile development of the employees I interact with. The company has a healthy corporate atmosphere, which it manages to maintain despite the remote type of work.

      Cons

      People are mostly left to their own devices, which on the one hand is good, but on the other hand makes it difficult to quickly learn and grow in a new field.

      Open to listening to ideas, great work environment, senior leadership understands that employees are human too

      Cons

      Growing extremely quickly so protocols can change to keep up with the rapid growth. If you stay long enough, you will need to reinvent how you approach your role to fit around new procedures. All in all though, the protocols make sense and have reasons for being implemented
