Pros
Friendly, non-toxic environment with strong communication. Supportive family-business culture, and the hiring process is taken seriously. New Class A office near downtown Montreal with an indoor gym. I’ve been here five months and I’m enjoying it so far.
Cons
Still new in the role, so I don’t have major negatives to share yet. Some processes are still being refined as the company grows. At the moment, there is no group insurance plan and no remote work option.
