Pros
Life Balance is what I think when I think of my life today. Working for this company is special, an excellent culture with even better leaders. It is a tight-knit team that works well together to accomplish the company's goals. Being able to help people solve their problems every day is a great feeling. Having the flexibility to be able to work from home is awesome while being able to earn an awesome income is definitely a Win-Win.
Cons
None at this point, because I am too busy enjoying myself by learning new things about the people in this industry every day.
