      Pros

      It's a you can see that you're making a difference every day. The kids (mostly) love you. Coworkers are all amazing, so are the BCBA's. The company founder will drop by to help out whenever she can and even takes a hand on approach with training new hires every once in a while.

      Cons

      The pay is... not great. Or very relievable since it depends on clients showing up. The kids when they don't like you can be intense at times.
