      great people to work for and with ,lots of hours if you want them good pay and they have benefits

      Cons

      no room for advancement supervisor not great an schedule making changes shift every week. trucks not up to par break down frequently

      Not micro managed and given freedom to hire what drivers are needed to cover work and dealt directly with customer.

      Cons

      Advancement limited and a can be a lot of extra hours and night time call outs and hard to get drivers to answer phones.

      Willing to work with your schedule as long as you get the job done.

      Cons

      Family owned business. Unwilling to make changes/upgrades until last minute or have to because of the situation. Some employees have been there 3 years and no raises.
