      Pros

      The on-boarding process at ANV was very good. Employees are generally really positive and friendly and there is a good culture of collaboration where people are happy to help each other out. There are regular events for all staff which are well attended, even by senior management. I would say there is very much a feeling of a flat structure at ANV.

      Cons

      There is no staff canteen on site.

      Pros

      I was surprised by the negative reviews on here, as those opinions certainly do not match my own. From what I have witnessed, the company truly cares about it's employees and has worked hard to make changes for the better.

      Cons

      ANV is a relatively new organisation that has seen a lot of change in a short space of time. Naturally that is going to bring about some problems, such as procedures / processes that need improvement and stronger relationship building across teams, but I appreciate that this can take time. As 'they' say...Rome wasn't built in a day!
