Very innovative company CEO is encouraging people to try out new technologies which is fantastic Company is winning great business and has a very competitive edge - modern product, modern project practices, very efficient in putting new functionality into product, great customer base and community Company encourages people to think outside the box and is very welcoming of new ideas you can really make an impact here, you can grow with the company and take more responsibilities.
Cons
If you don"t like changes or if you are not adaptable then you will find it difficult here. Team structures are not as stiff and there is a regular rebalancing of teams to encourage knowledge transfer etc.
