- Good office culture - Good employee benefits like insurance - Strong top management with Tech leads, VPs and CTO - Celebrating every festivals with positive energy
Cons
- Salary increments are very low — around 2–3% for developers and engineers. As per industry standards, it should be at least 10%. (Good talent will not stay in the company because of this.) - Celebrations are organized using employees’ money every time (e.g., prasad and other expenses), without their consent. - Festivals and trips are arranged by collecting charges from employees.
