Pros
Very creative atmosphere. Strong team units. Great benefits packages. Actually a fun and professional place to work. My wife had to transfer out of state and I was sad to leave. Owner invents great and cutting edge projects. As a seasoned Engineer, it was a pleasure creating with him and the other team members. Super casual work atmosphere. Work loads heavy at times but also low at times. All and all a decent balance. This company was moving up when I left and I assume they will continue to grow.
Cons
I have no complaints other than the coffee maker.

Pros
ACASS is working with some of the top acts currently touring. They have the relationships and potential to compete! Aaron, the CEO, is well known in the industry which means that the sky is the limit.
Cons
The company is still growing. While proactive about bringing on the right folks, it is still a work in progress. If you welcome that startup vibe and will do anything to lend a hand, then it's a great place to be!
