- You're treated with respect by BCBAs and HR -You're a person, not just an employee - great pay - good benefit options - super flexible schedules - amazing career advancement program -everyone is so nice and passionate - you get to interview families and decide if you want to work with them rather than just being assigned -PTO

Cons
The state is initiating more difficult rules about how we bill for respite. This will make things significantly more difficult working with my kiddo.
