Flexibility, Agile Working, Career progression, Culture and People are great. Very busy workload, you are never board.

Cons

Some communication is lacking between teams and leadership, new changes need to be announced and prepared for before implementation.

Great culture and flexibility I've had a really positive experience working at AAB. The company has a fantastic culture with genuinely supportive and friendly colleagues who are always willing to help. There is a strong focus on collaboration, and everyone is treated with respect. Great culture in the office with lots of social events. The flexibility offered has been a huge benefit, helping to maintain a good work-life balance while still delivering high-quality work. The leadership team is approachable, and there is a real emphasis on creating an enjoyable and inclusive working environment. Pros: Excellent culture, flexible working, supportive colleagues, approachable leadership, good work-life balance.

Better benefits package for mid level employees.
