Pros
2AM supplies all the tools you need to succeed and sets you up for success. They screen each employee to assure the customer has the very best motivated employees to meet any need they might have.
Cons
They are a customer driven company, which is great but has its obvious downside of possibly long hours and 24/7 support to assure needs are met.

Great learning experience for me in my career. Many accomplished members of upper mgmt willing to assist in career growth.
Cons
Overall good company. Could use improvement in 401k plan and insurance offerings. Also would benefit from a formal training plan.
