Working with 1st Choice through the Summer Rise Program was an eye-opening experience for me. In just three weeks, I not only learned a lot but also had the chance to actively contribute by posting jobs, creating job flyers, and marketing positions. The program led to a continued opportunity to work throughout the summer, the school year, and even into the following summer. This extended experience reinforced my passion for HR. I want to express my sincere thanks to 1st Choice. Being a part of the team has not only shaped my career goals but has also played a big role in my decision to major in Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell. I am truly grateful for the experiences and support that have set me on a path I am genuinely passionate about.

Working at 1st Choice has been a great experience! The team was restructured in 2023 and is stronger than ever. I love the remote environment that allows me to care for my family while still working full time. The entire team at 1st choice values family and work life balance which is a huge plus to me.
