There is a good work/life balance - currently piloting a 4-day work week but half-day Fridays are all year, not just the summer! - and the agency works with amazing clients. The office environment is fun, positive and friendly and the team is respectful and supportive. For professional development, direct managers and HR really help with your growth and are there to help you get to the next level. My ideas and opinions are always heard and respected, which is very important to me. Also, the office is 100% dog-friendly!
