      Pros

      At 1 Stop-Asia, the employees can enjoy flexible working hours. Though the colleagues are from diverse background, we can communicate and collaborate without barriers. Colleagues are friendly and accommodating. Boss is provident, decisive and considerate. Thanks to the company, it provides us with favorable working environment and decent salaries. I will continue to improve my professional skills to greatly contribute to the company.

      Pros

      Although growth opportunities are a bit limited it at a professional level it has a great team and good communication with the management, they always strive to add new things to make the work envrionment better

      The nit-picking between teams (specially with different cultural backgrounds) can be tricky to handle
