BPO Management Services (formerly netGuru) isn't coy about what it does. The company offers business process outsourcing (BPO) engineering services such as custom application development, systems integration, network design, and support, training, and data migration. The company's clients have included Agilent, Ericsson, McGraw-Hill, and Tetra Tech. In late 2008 the company merged with Healthaxis; the combined entity retained the BPO Management Services name. Chairman and CEO Patrick Dolan and president James Cortens own 34% and 23% of company shares respectively.
