Gafisa can build your dream casa in Brazil. The company builds, develops, and manages condominiums, primarily for middle and upper-income buyers throughout the country. Its luxury properties typically have at least four bedrooms and amenities including swimming pools and gyms. Gafisa also develops residential subdivisions, builds entry-level housing, and provides third-party construction services; it is active about 20 markets. Founded in 1954 in Rio de Janeiro, Gafisa has completed more than 980 projects (more than 11 million sq. meters of housing) under the Gafisa, Alphaville, and Tenda brands. In 2009 Gafisa merged its former FIT brand with Tenda, which specializes in affordable housing.
