CODAC Health, Recovery & Wellness, Inc. - located in Tucson, AZ - provides a full continuum of integrated care for adults living with mental illness, substance use disorders, and trauma. CODAC's integrated treatment providers work together to treat the whole person —all in one convenient location. CODAC has multiple locations, same-day intakes and offers services in-person and via telephone or video conferencing.
Through 8 service locations and over 300 staff and volunteers, CODAC serves more than 15,000 individuals and families each year. CODAC is a nonprofit 501(C)(3) organization.
