Description Through its operating subsidiaries, chiefly Tactica International, IGIA has markets and distributed a variety of branded personal care and skin care products. Tactica used television infomercials to sell products directly to consumers; however, the company has been forced to stop running the informercials because of a lack of working capital. IGIA is pursuing new sources of financing, but in the meantime, its auditors have questioned whether the company will be able to remain in business, given its history of operating losses. Besides Tactica, which emerged from bankruptcy protection in 2006, IGIA's businesses include Kleenfast and Shopflash.
