At the Quick Quack Car Wash, learning, teamwork, and community come to life when we bring our Operations Leaders together for our annual Operations Summit. This March, we spent three incredible days in Los Angeles connecting, sharing ideas, and diving into what it means to be Fast, Clean, Loved…Everywhere. It was more than meetings. It was about building leaders, strengthening teams, and having a lot of fun along the way! Throughout the summit, our leaders challenged each other, shared real experiences from the field, and spent time getting better at the most important part of the job: leading people.
