Evercore Partners provides advisory services on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, divestitures, and financing to corporate clients. Subsidiary Evercore Asset Management serves institutional investors and focuses on small- and mid-cap stocks of publicly traded US firms, while Evercore Wealth Management serves high-net-worth individuals. Evercore Partners also makes private equity investments. All told, Evercore Partners has some $17 billion of assets under management. In addition to its US operations, the company is active around the world through subsidiaries such as Protego in Mexico and Evercore Europe in London. Evercore also has offices in Brazil, Hong Kong, and Scotland.
