About the role
You will be the face of our showroom, welcoming customers with energy and expertise and building genuine, lasting relationships with our trade customers and the local community. Provide product advice that turns enquiries into solutions and be a key part of a tight-knit branch where your contribution is seen, valued, and rewarded.
- Identify the right products quickly and efficiently, serving customers at the counter and assisting on the shop floor to deliver a seamless sales experience
- Process sales and refunds accurately while maintaining high showroom standards that reflect our brand
- Deliver exceptional customer service by matching customers with the right products and ensuring every transaction is charged to the correct account
- Maintain accurate, timely processing of orders, documentation, and account records
About you
The ideal candidate will have a commitment to providing outstanding customer service, support and have the following skills and qualities:
- A real people person with a natural talent for building trust and rapport with our customers
- Prior exposure in customer service or sales-related roles
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency
- Collaborative individual committed to working within a team environment
- Proficient in utilising computer systems with a solid grasp of technology
- Building industry knowledge is advantageous
