Coordinate and manage event bookings from inquiry through completion.
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
Prepare event proposals, contracts, and detailed event schedules.
Liaise with hotel departments to ensure seamless event execution.
Monitor event logistics, room setups, catering, and guest requirements.
Build strong relationships with clients and vendors.
Ensure every event exceeds guest expectations and reflects JW Marriott's luxury standards.
What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Customer-focused mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
Experience in hospitality, events, customer service, or administration is advantageous.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and event management systems is beneficial.
