Provide technical support to our trade andretail customers through using their expertautomotive parts/mechanical knowledge
Buildeffective customer relationships
Are superstar sellers andproblem solvers, anduse up-to-date product information andknowledge
Are committedto providing a genuine service, where they create lasting impressions andmoments that matterfor their customers
Enjoy working in a busy phone customer contact role
Are safety aware andconstantly strive to provide the safest work environmentfor themselves andtheir teammates.
The successful applicant will:
Demonstrate priorautomotive parts or mechanical experience
Be a passionate customer service expert with some sales experience
Be comfortable sharing knowledge andcancommunicate in a technical andnon-technical manner
Be a natural problem solver who is solutionsfocussedwith soundcomputer skills
Be a proactive anddriven team player, who can also work independently
Have aflexible availability andholda validdriver’s licence (manual preferred).
