You’ll be a key part of our recycling operations, sorting metals, engaging with customers, and helping keep our yard safe, efficient, and well organised.

What you’ll be doing:

• Sorting & identifying scrap metal accurately for processing
• Buying scrap metal and dealing directly with customers
• Delivering excellent customer service and building positive relationships
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised yard
• Working closely with the team to meet daily operational needs
• Following health & safety procedures at all times

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in a scrap metal, recycling, or yard-based role is an advantage (but training provided for the right person)
• A friendly, customer-focused attitude
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
• Good communication skills and a team-player mindset
• Commitment to health, safety, and safe manual handling
• Physically fit and comfortable working in an outdoor environment
