Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Investment Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day processing and reconciliation of our investment portfolios. You will work closely with the wider investment and finance teams to ensure trades, valuations, and client records are accurate and processed on time. This role suits someone with a foundational background in finance, accounting, or operations who is looking to build a career in the investment or funds management industry.
Key Responsibilities
Process and reconcile daily trade settlements, transactions, and portfolio valuations
Maintain accurate records of holdings, cash flows, and client account details
Assist with month-end and quarter-end reporting for internal and client-facing purposes
Investigate and resolve discrepancies between internal records and custodian or fund manager data
Support compliance checks and ensure operational processes align with regulatory requirements
Liaise with custodians, fund managers, and other external parties to resolve queries
Assist senior analysts with ad hoc projects, process improvements, and system testing
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
1 to 2 years of experience in investment operations, banking, or financial services (graduates with relevant internships will also be considered)
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and reconciliations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; exposure to portfolio management or custodial systems is a plus
Good written and verbal communication skills
Pay: From $5,750.00 per month
