We have an exciting opportunity for an Organisational Development & Learning Coordinator to join our People and Culture team. This is a full-time permanent role based in Ōtautahi Christchurch. We would also consider a 0.9 full time equivalent (FTE) for the right candidate.
Te Whiwhingamahi | The opportunity
This is a hands-on coordination role within our Organisational Development & Learning team, supporting learning, leadership development, engagement, culture and organisational development activity across Whānau Āwhina Plunket.
You’ll help keep our Organisational Development & Learning mahi organised, accessible and easy for kaimahi and leaders to engage with. This includes coordinating workshops and learning events, supporting learning systems, maintaining records and trackers, responding to queries, supporting reporting and evaluation, coordinating external professional development processes, and helping improve simple systems and ways of working.
As a not-for-profit charity, many of our systems and processes are still evolving. This creates a real opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure, consistency and follow-through to busy work programmes. You’ll keep things moving, spot practical improvements, and provide calm, helpful coordination support across a varied portfolio.
He kōrero mōu| About you
You are a highly organised coordinator who enjoys making things easier for others. You bring strong attention to detail, good digital confidence and a practical approach to getting things done.
You may already have experience in learning and development, people & culture, organisational development, education, project coordination or business support. You’ll be comfortable working with systems, records, spreadsheets, calendars, queries and moving parts. You’ll also be confident coordinating workshops, webinars or learning events, and motivated by supporting good learning experiences for kaimahi and leaders.
