About the Role
As an Executive Assistant to the Chief Allied Health, Scientific and Technical Officer, you will provide high-level, proactive support to enable the smooth and effective delivery of the Chiefs work programme and wider directorate priorities.
In this dynamic and fast-paced role, youll manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings and travel, and act as a trusted liaison across senior leaders, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Youll play a critical part in ensuring priorities are aligned, communication flows effectively, and key business activities are delivered to a high standard. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior clinical leadership and contribute to meaningful improvements across health services in Te Tai Tokerau.

About the Team/Service/ Location
The Scientific, Technical and Allied Health Directorate supports a diverse network of professionals delivering essential healthcare services across Northland. Based in Whangārei, youll be part of a collaborative and supportive environment, working closely with senior leaders and multidisciplinary teams.
