About the Role
As an IT Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand business challenges, design technology solutions, and support the successful delivery of software, cloud, and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Technology Consulting & Solution Design
Analyse business requirements and technical challenges
Recommend technology solutions and system architectures
Design cloud, software, and infrastructure solutions
Advise clients on digital transformation and open-source technologies
Prepare technical proposals and solution recommendations
Client & Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirements-gathering sessions
Translate business needs into technical requirements
Provide trusted technology advice and guidance
Project Delivery & Implementation
Support software, cloud, and infrastructure projects
Collaborate with developers, engineers, and project teams
Monitor project progress and manage client expectations
Assist with testing, deployment, and solution adoption
Business Analysis & Process Improvement
Review existing systems and business processes
Identify opportunities for automation and operational improvements
Document requirements, workflows, and technical specifications
Support organisational change and digital transformation programs
Technical Advisory & Best Practice
Provide guidance on cloud adoption, cybersecurity, and IT governance
Recommend industry best practices and technology standards
Support clients in making informed technology investment decisions
What We’re Looking For
Experience in IT, software development, cloud platforms, or systems administration
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
Experience with AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Linux, or cloud technologies is an advantage
Knowledge of open-source software, Agile, DevOps, or digital transformation practices is highly regarded
Consulting, project management, or business analysis experience preferred
Pay: From $8,000.00 per month
