Who would suit this role?

If you enjoy helping people solve problems, have great composure, and can remain calm under pressure then this may be a suitable role for you. We’re looking for organised and attentive problem solvers that can make decisions on repayment arrangements that will help our customers.

What does this role entail?

• Making and receiving phone calls to assist customers with outstanding accounts
• Communicating with customers via email regarding account resolution
• Identifying customer issues and develop resolution plans, ensuring a high level of customer experience
• Flexible scheduling within office hours (8 hours between 8:30am and 7pm)

What do we need from you?

• Customer service or finance background beneficial, but not essential
• Proficiency in computer and basic data entry skills
• Legal eligibility to work in NZ as per NZ Immigration requirements
