About the Role
We are seeking an analytical Retail Product Marketing Manager to drive the adoption and growth of our retail consumer product portfolios. This mid-level role is an accessible step for entry-level product coordinators, digital marketing leads with strong retail data aptitudes, or business management graduates looking to secure a specialized corporate position.
Working within a fast-paced environment, the successful candidate will act as the critical link between our energy product developers and our regional sales and retail marketing channels, ensuring high-performing campaign delivery and maintaining strong customer acquisition.

Campaign Performance Resolution: Troubleshoot mid-level commercial go-to-market strategies, product messaging, and channel-specific retail marketing campaigns.
Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the lifecycle of retail energy products and tier incentives using campaign management tools to meet customer growth targets.
GTM Performance Documentation: Write clear, concise post-launch performance reports, competitive analysis briefs, and retail sales enablement FAQs.
Cross-Functional Escalation: Isolate underperforming retail product channels and escalate them with analytical diagnostic details to senior brand and pricing strategy teams.
Channel Readiness & Education: Guide retail partners and internal customer care staff through new product feature rollouts, translating complex tariff packages into simple benefit summaries.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: Experience in product marketing, retail marketing coordination, brand management, or commercial growth planning.
Technical Skill Set: Familiarity with marketing automation tools, campaign reporting systems, and analytical suites (Google Analytics 4, Power BI, or CRM databases).
Analytical Capabilities: Strong data-driven problem-solving skills to systematically isolate shifting consumer trends and low-performing product segments.
