Mō te tīma | About the Team
The Fraud Squad is part of ASB’s Financial Crime platform and plays a critical role in protecting our customers and the bank from fraud. The team looks after the technology that Fraud Operations rely on every day, making sure fraud detection and case management systems are stable, compliant, and working as they should. This helps frontline teams identify suspicious activity early and respond quickly when something does not look right.
You will work closely with Fraud Operations and other Financial Crime squads, supporting systems that help prevent and manage fraud across the bank. The team focuses on practical, reliable solutions, with a strong sense of purpose around reducing harm and protecting people. The work is collaborative and has a real impact for customers and for Aotearoa New Zealand.
Mō te Tūranga | About the role
